You have a lovely view of the gentle flowing river, being close enough to hear the fish jumping early in the morning, and later as the sun goes down.

Delight in a refreshing swim in the pool, a soak in the spa pool or borrow the bikes to explore the local area.
When inside this comfortably attractive apartment, relax in the pleasant living room, enjoy access to wifi, Netflix and YouTube, plenty to entertain you.
The kitchenette is well equipped, with a complimentary selection of teas/coffees, cookies and the use of an array of condiments, useful if you are choosing to prepare your own meals.
The apartment is on the ground floor to the main house, but has it’s own private entrance. We absolutely respect your privacy, however we are nearby to help you in any way from sightseeing suggestions to fabulous places to dine.
There are many beautiful walks, waterfalls and pretty beaches and of course with the vibrant little town of Kerikeri nearby, this really is a perfect location to start your adventure.

Special conditions:
Please note, we have stated a minimum stay of two nights, however we are happy for one night stays, but do have to add a cleaning fee of $40. (please enquire with us)

We do have a few steps to access both the apartment and the waters edge. They are in no way steep and are in very good order, but may be of hindrance to some.
